O R D E R

1. Mr. Puneet Taneja, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant,

seeks some time to obtain instructions to respond to the Court’s query on

entitlement of the respondent to receive similar benefits for the period 06th

June, 2011 to 31st January, 2012, based on the emoluments he received for May,

2011.

2. Copy of the application to bring on record additional documents filed by

the respondent may be handed over to the learned advocate-on-record for the

appellant in course of this day.

3. Re-list the civil appeal on Tuesday next, i.e., 18th August, 2026.
