Corrections Policy
How errors are recorded and fixed, and what happens to the original page.
Visible corrections
A material factual error is corrected on the page with a dated correction notice describing what was wrong. Pages are not silently overwritten and corrected pages remain at the same URL.
Retraction
Where an item cannot be corrected — for example where the underlying document has been withdrawn — the page is marked retracted and the reason recorded. The URL is retained so that inbound links resolve to the notice.
Raising an error
Write to corrections@jurisintel.in with the page URL and the disputed statement. Material corrections are acknowledged within three working days.
