AI Content Policy

How artificial intelligence is used to produce legal updates on this platform, and the limits placed on it.

What AI does here

AI is used to summarise judgments, notifications, circulars and legislation that the platform obtains from approved primary sources. It operates on the actual source document. It is not instructed to supplement missing information from general model knowledge, and it does not rewrite other publishers' reporting.

What AI is never permitted to generate

Structured fields are validated against the source text before an item can be published.

  • Case citations, case numbers, judge names or bench composition
  • Statutory provisions, section numbers or quoted text
  • Dates, monetary figures, party names or precedents

Human review

Every AI draft is assigned a risk level. Routine notifications and statutory amendments may move through accelerated approval. Court judgments, enforcement actions and public-interest matters require editor review. Sensitive categories — criminal allegations, minors, sexual offences, family matters, defamation and communal issues — are published manually only, and no automated route to publication exists for them.

Labelling

Every AI-assisted page carries a visible label naming the primary source and stating that the summary is a simplification. Sponsored content is labelled separately and is never styled to resemble editorial content.

Content is provided for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Users should consult a qualified legal professional for advice relating to their individual circumstances. The original judgment, legislation, notification or regulatory document should be referred to for authoritative text.

Reporting an error

Material factual errors are corrected with a visible correction notice, not silently overwritten. Write to corrections@jurisintel.in with the page URL and the disputed statement.
