UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 and 13 have filed the counter affidavit
alongwith application for exemption from filing official
translation. The same be apprised to the Hon’ble Court.
Service is complete on Respondent No.9.

Today, Mr. Ujjwal Sinha, Ld. Advocate-on-Record has entered
appearance on behalf of Respondent No.9 and seeks time to file
vakalantama and counter affidavit. Vakalatnama and counter
affidavit, if any, be filed by 03.09.2026.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file fresh
particulars alongwith spare copies on or before 20.08.2026, as last
opportunity, for issuance of fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 8 and
10 to 12.
In addition, Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks
permission of this Court to effect notice on Respondent Nos. 8 and
10 to 12 by way of Dasti. The same is hereby allowed.
Affidavit alongwith proof of Dasti service be filed by
20.08.2026.
If above steps are taken, let notice be issued immediately and
list the matter again before this Court on 18.09.2026.
If not, process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble
Judge-in-Chambers.
Copy of this Record of Proceedings be furnished to the
concerned learned Advocate-on-Record for information and
compliance.
