O R D E R

Counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1 be filed on or

before 27.08.2026, as last opportunity.

Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to 6 but none

has entered appearance.

As per the Office report, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has

filed spare copy but has not filed fresh particulars in respect of

Respondent No.3.

Today, Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

fresh particulars in respect of Respondent No.3 were filed

yesterday, i.e. 12.08.2026. Registry to immediately issue notice on

fresh particulars filed by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.

List the matter again before this Court on 18.09.2026.

Copy of this Record of Proceedings be furnished to the

concerned learned Advocate-on-Record for information and

compliance.
